Short Biography
Current: State Director Americans for Prosperity. Stuart assumed his position in 2006 and has seen many legislative successes since. Stuart has taught at UCO since 2003, and was previously the chair of the Military Science Dept for nearly 4 years. Prior to joining AFP, Lieutenant Colonel Jolly spent nearly 22 years in the United States Army as an Army Aviator flying many different helicopters. During the Persian Gulf War, he was a Blackhawk Helicopter Platoon Leader in the 101st Airborne Division, and as result of his service there, earned the Bronze Star and two Air Medals. Stuart also served in the US Embassy to Belgium in the Defense Attach̩ Office, and as a Company Commander in Germany in the 3rd Infantry Division in Ansbach, GE. He has two daughters and a son.
