• 103% of current salary
• 95% of 2009-2010 CUPA average salary for the faculty member’s rank and discipline
The CUPA averages are to be computed using the same peer group of 25 institutions used to make the initial CUPA adjustments (heretofore referred to as the "Original Peer Group").

Stated Proposal: The Faculty Senate proposes that full-time faculty and staff interested in securing membership to the UCO Wellness Center be given the opportunity to participate in a lottery selection. From the employees that self-identify, 40 faculty and 40 staff will be randomly selected for membership to UCO’s Wellness Center free of charge beginning fall, 2011. Funding for these memberships would potentially come from cash reserves (one-time use funds) and would not reduce Wellness Center funding or utilize student fees. At the completion of one year, participation rates will be examined and a determination made to continue, expand, or eliminate this process.

Stated Resolution:
The Faculty Senate Bylaws should be amended to include the following:
Article III, Section 1
(m) Student Retention- This committee studies and/or makes recommendations regarding issues pertinent to retaining UCO students and enhancing graduation rates. This committee will work to complement efforts made by the Division of Enrollment Management as well as other entities on campus to increase student retention and graduation rates, and shall be responsible for disseminating relevant retention/graduation information to the Faculty Senate. The chair of this committee shall serve as the Faculty Senate representative to the Student Retention subcommittee.
